The first step to UX Design is to understand who is visiting your website and using your product or service–Yes, your website is a product that you provide to your customers for free. The majority of people in higher-age categories have different needs with legibility. Ways that we can meet those needs would require larger text, easy to read typeface, and a higher contrast in text-color to background-color.
